Waltzene Music & Arts management and members of staff shall respect the confidentiality of and keep safe any and all personal data collected and/or stored and/or transmitted and/or used for, or on behalf of, Waltzene Music & Arts. Photo & Video Disclaimer

Waltzene Music & Arts reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the studio or any event with Waltzene Music & Arts without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

Waltzene Music & Arts may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Waltzene Music & Arts including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

A person attending a Waltzene Music & Arts class or event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Waltzene Music & Arts at waltzenemusicarts@gmail.com in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Waltzene Music & Arts will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Waltzene Music & Arts class or event or by failing to notify Waltzene Music & Arts, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Waltzene Music & Arts, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Waltzene Music & Arts from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
